In this workshop we will explore what it means to connect more deeply to our body and it's innate wisdom and knowing. With the stress and pace of everyday life , our lives become more about the "doing", and the awareness and connection to what is alive within us slowly diminishes.
The Expressive Arts will be a doorway to open our awareness.
Through the use of movement, drawing, and music and we will open space to sensitize, feel and explore our body and it's consciousness.
The practice of Continuum Movement will deepen and enhance this experience. As we explore the use of sound ,vibration and gentle movement we enter into our fluid being and it's more subtle levels of awareness . We begin to participate in our life process on deeper levels as we connect to life moving within us.
As we emerge from this journey we return renewed and nourished , more connected to our body and who we are.
